- Plinth…. 80cms from ground level.
- Height from plinth to slab level 3mtrs, in some places more, according to the asthetics & roof design.
- Areas of the rooms as specified in the plans and specifications.
- Wall to wall ceramic glazed tiles in the toilets.. tile selection will be done in Nitco quality tiles.
- Paint colour scheme available for selection (Interior - Asian Paints Acrylic Distemper; Exterior – Nitcocem).
- Also 6mtrs x 12mtrs designer shaped swimming pool (with underwater lights, Jacuzzi nozzles, filtration system & pump) will be built on the plot to be enjoyed by the bungalow owners.
- Security will be appointed 365days of the year.
- 2 Underground sumps of 10,000 ltrs capacity will also be provided.
- III Phase Electricity connection for each bungalow.
