The above 'Payment Schedule' caters specifically to the payment options mentioned therein. However, in the case of a special customized payment plan option given to the Purchaser/Buyer, the terms of payment would be directly reflected on the special plan offered and hence the above mentioned 'Payent Schedule' will no longer be applicable.
