The last three years have been magical, and to say that my sense of pride has grown, and my level of satisfaction has reached new levels is an understatement..   Dona Maria Epiphania Holiday Villas.. is my dream for YOU.  She is the very essence of Taste, Culture, and Subtle Grandeur, overlooking the everflowing, ageless & beautiful River Mandovi.  All with a strong hint of portuguese flavour.  And not to mention a labour of love.  That's why I named them after my Grandmother.   My team: Engineer Borkar (M.V.S. Borkar & Associates).... not much to say about him, except that if ever there was a task master for Hitler, he would be it.  Known to crack a smile but occassionally, and crack the whip a lot,... he runs a very tight ship.  His endearing qualities, needless to say, is getting out the best from everyone!   Arch. Gerard D'Sa our very own Portuguese design consultant, is a young and very enterprising entry into the architectural foray. He specialises in the Portuguese designs and is responsible for the updated look we have now. Eng. Valencio and Eng. Vikas (Buildtech)... takes care of the construction.  Our anchor, and to their personna, will brings us in for a perfect timely finish.  Meticlous is their middle name.   As for me, I've been in the real estate business for more than eight years, and in the market for constructing lifestyle holiday homes for the last three.  Over the years I've developed a keen sense in identifying with the Client's specific needs for a holiday home, and have always managed to deliver a home that is best suited for them.  Needless to say, I have managed to stay above the rest.  All thanks to my valued Clients.   I believe that One should do your best, and leave the rest to THE ONE who watches over you ...
